I'm quite selective when it comes to Thai food, and I find that a Thai restaurant's drunken noodle dish is a reliable indicator of their overall food quality. It should possess the perfect blend of consistency, flavor, quality, and spiciness. I would easily rate their drunken noodle a perfect 10 out of 10 in all these aspects. If you happen to be in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Small place. There was one person seated when I arrived. It's normally a take out/pickup place, so they were maybe a tiny bit surprised when I asked to be seated. It took me a while to decide on what to order. The photos cycling through the screen on the wall helped. I ordered the minced chicken with Thai basil, no spice. And it was excellent. Just what I wanted: some meat, veggies and rice with a fried egg on top. I also got a Thai iced tea with boba. It was either 16 or 20 oz. Most Thai teas feel heavy and are too sweet. This was not overpowering but more refreshing than most. It didn't feel like a dessert. I would like to return and bring all my Asian foodie friends.

This is an amazing Thai place!! I found this place because a few co-workers were eating it in the break room and I just had to try this place out because it smelled so darn good. Later that day, I stopped by and the restaurant and I ordered a Pad Thai with kindergarten spiciness for me and my girlfriend to share. (I love how they rate the spiciness, it’s so cute) Me being stupid and forgot to ask them not to include peanuts because my girlfriend has allergies. Luckily, there was no allergic reactions as we saw the peanuts before we ate. I was about to buy another Pad Thai without peanuts but the workers were supper generous and made us another Pad Thai. They were suppper understanding about allergies and they made us another Pad Thai without asking for anything. Please don’t take their generosity for granted and abuse it guys! They’re really nice people and thank you again for the amazing food!

Slightly overpriced for the quality, but not bad food whatsoever. The "10-20 per person" marker google gave is very reaching though. That is without drinks, sides, or tax

We’re visiting from out of town so we ordered via Doordash to our hotel. We LOVE Thai food. We ordered crab pad Thai (which my husband tries to order at a lot of places and it’s often not an option), crab fried rice & shrimp see u noodles (pad see ew). My oh my! All 4 of us were blown away. We didn’t have super high expectations, but the food was tasty! We all kept going back for a little more. It wasn’t cheap, but Thai food usually isn’t. So happy our hotel room has a fridge for our leftovers. Portion sizes were also large! I’ll be bookmarking this place for our next trip to San Diego.

Tasty Tom Kha, great Okinawa milk tea but tea selection is very limited. Service varies. Delicious Angel Wings. I love this place!

Great Thai restaurant! This is where I experienced my first Thai food experience a few months ago. I've been going there and trying new stuff since then. The employees are great, helpful and dedicated. The food is really good! You can choose your level of spiciness, your meat etc... I would also recommend anyone to try their tea and bobba tea. They are really good and they have a lot of choices.

Welcome to One2Go Thai Kitchen, a delightful gem nestled at 191 N El Camino Real in Encinitas, California. This charming eatery specializes in bringing the vibrant flavors of Thailand to your plate, with an array of dishes that have quickly garnered praise from both locals and visitors alike.

As a food reviewer for Res Menu, I believe that a restaurant's signature dish can often reflect its overall culinary caliber. One2Go Thai Kitchen excels in this regard, particularly with their drunken noodles, a dish that customer Zach W describes as a perfect 10 out of 10 in consistency, flavor, quality, and spiciness. This stellar review encapsulates what many have come to love about this establishment.

Among the highlights are the mouthwatering mango sticky rice and the savory chicken wings, both raved about by Adrian Paredes. These dishes not only showcase the restaurant's dedication to authentic Thai cuisine but also highlight the freshness of the ingredients used. Gladys Ignacio shares her experience of the minced chicken with Thai basil, stating it was exactly what she desired: a balance of protein, veggies, and rice topped with a fried egg—a fulfilling meal that doesn’t disappoint.

Customers also commend One2Go for its outstanding customer service. Matthew Nguyen tells a heartwarming story of how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate a peanut allergy, demonstrating their commitment to customer safety and satisfaction. All these experiences reflect a restaurant that values its patrons as much as it does the quality of its dishes.

While some diners, like Kayden Wheeler, note that prices may lean on the higher side, the general consensus is that the quality of food and service justifies the expense. The charming ambiance, albeit small and mostly geared towards take-out, makes this a worthwhile stop for those craving genuine Thai food.

In summary, One2Go Thai Kitchen is a must-visit for anyone in the Encinitas area seeking a taste of Thailand. With dishes that tantalize the palate and a service that warms the heart, this restaurant is sure to leave a lasting impression. Whether you're in for a quick take-out or a leisurely meal, One2Go has something special waiting for you.
